Why does my catchall address point to "trash_mail"?
When your accounts are initially setup, your "catchall" is pointed to the trash bin on the server. It is the equivalent of tossing junk mail in the trash without even opening it.
We don't recommend you change that to an actual user inbox as it will direct a large amount of spam to the user assigned.
