How do I recover my EMAIL or other password?
Contact our office by email, from the email address used for billing on your account, or by telephone. Your password will be reset and emailed to you at your billing email address. (Your billing address will not be an address FROM your domain.)
For security reasons, we cannot issue a password over the telephone. Passwords will only be sent to the confirmed account email address.
